This one owner car has been in Arizona its entire life and is very solid. This Mustang is loaded with factory options and subtle aftermarket options that enhance the appearance and drivability of this classic pony. In 2006, the mustang underwent an extensive restoration with receipts totaling almost $65k. Everything on the car was gone though and either rebuilt or replaced. This Mustang needs nothing and is ready to enjoy. It is in excellent condition and will surely make its new owner happy. Click to enlarge This Mustang is finished in its factory correct Lime Gold Metallic paint and looks stunning. This one owner pony spent its life in dry Arizona and is rust free with laser straight body panels. The car was painted in 2006 and has only seen about 6000 miles since completion. There are a couple very minor rock chips from the car being driven on rallys and to other car shows. This was a high dollar paint job and it really shows. The car was completely taken apart and media blasted. The base/clear coat paint job was then completed utilizing a total of nine coats of paint. The Mustang was then reassembled and all of the panel gaps line up as they should. When the car was reassembled, all new weather stripping and rubber seals were installed. The windshield and rest of the glass are all in great condition. All of the chrome and bright work are in new condition as well. The power convertible top is in very good condition, only showing a little wear on the corners just from being down since it was installed. The top does have the more desirable glass rear window. At the time of the paint job, a set of Torq Thrust Style wheels with brand new tires were added. Overall, the exterior of this Mustang is in excellent condition. The beautiful Light Ivy Gold interior was done at the time of restoration and shows as new. The seats were completely rebuilt with new foam and had new seat covers installed. The carpet is in excellent condition with very little signs of wear. The dash, door panels, and kick panels show little to no wear at all. The interior is completed with a full center console. The instrument cluster bezel and all other interior items were replaced and look as new. This Mustang features the rare tilt away steering wheel to give the driver more room when entering and exiting the car. This Mustang also features desirable options including day/night rear view mirror, remote door mirror, and clock. A modern AM/FM radio with a factory look was added along with a CD changer mounted in the trunk. The A/C system has been completely gone through, updated to R-134a freon and blows cold. The windows and door locks operate as they should. The interior of this car is in superb condition and is a great place to spend the weekend cruising your favorite roads! Mechanically the car is as good as it looks. The engine was rebuilt at the time of restoration and only seeing about 6k miles since then. The motor was rebuilt to factory specs. The motor exhales through a factory style exhaust system. The engine has plenty of power to accelerate this car with ease. The cooling system has been gone through and keeps this pony running cool. The transmission was rebuilt during the restoration. The suspension was gone through with all the bushing replaced and a Global West suspension kit was added. This is a great running and driving car that never skips a beat. The power steering system has been gone through and is nice and tight. The power disc brakes feel great and the car stops with ease. This Mustang sails along at modern freeway speeds without breaking a sweat and does it comfortably. Overall, this car is mechanically sound and ready to be driven.
