THANKS TO A NO SHOW WINNER (PROBABLY A 12 YEAR OLD) I am forced to relist this 1972 Datsun 240 Z that has been sitting in doors for years. I bought it as part of an estate. The car has a bill of sale but no registration. Some one put a fuel injected 280 Z engine in it then realized they had no way to control the FI. the motor does turn over. A manifold and carb set would be easy to install on the motor. This car would be a great donor car as it has lots of good interior parts as well as after market AC! The passenger inner fender is rust free! That is impossible to find these days. The rear tail lights and surrounds are good. The rear bumper is good and the front has a minor crack that could easily be fixed and re-chromed. I parted out one of these cars a few weeks ago and got almost $2000. I just don't have the time but if the very low reserve is not met I will find it. I will list more pictures of the pans. The car comes with four Aluminium "Mags" like the ones shown on the front. The tires are shot on the rears. The rear rims in the picture DO NOT GO with the car. I spent 10 minutes with an electric drill with a wire brush and brought the worst aluminium mag back to almost new. For another $100 I will throw in a nice rear louver from another car I parted out. Those cost over $350 these days. The rear glass is the rare vertical defroster type. This could also be a fun drift car. It has much more potential then some of the wrecks I see listed.
