This E39 540i has low millage and has been taken care of very well. Its has a 4.4 liter V8 engine with a 6 speed manual transmission, it has about 310-315 hp and 325-330 foot-pounds of torque. This BMW looks amazing especially for the year. It has some Exterior modifications like the M bumpers front and rear, LED Euro style Halo headlights/slightly tinted for sleeker look(With Xenon high beam technology), OEM LED taillights, E38 18" M Parallel wheels(All tires have at least 70% tread), front and rear spoilers, black kidney grill, carbon fiber BMW emblems, and tinted windows. The clean metallic silver paint with the black accents look, keeps the vehicle looking stylish and gives an enhanced modern appearance. The vehicle is also equipped with a factory alarm system and key less entry as well as window etching for theft recovery. As for the Interior the M sport package makes for a nice sporty feel with better suspension and the sport seats. The black leather is in over all good shape with some signs of wear which is common on BMW sport seats(mainly the bolsters on drivers seat) . There are no rips or wholes just 2-3 stitches came undone on drivers seat. The interior as a whole is in very good shape. The 6 speed shifter has also been up graded to a new factory M5 illuminated shifter for a sharper look, this package also includes the M steering wheel. Other interior options are the shade package, cold weather package(with ski bag), factory navigation(widescreen and MKIV upgrade, not just the screen!!), sunroof, premium sound package, and air bags all around. The sliding center console/phone port slid forward and will not slide back, I never notice it no one else does either. The Performance Modifications also add a flavorful touch with Dinan Stage 2 soft wear, cold air intake and a Megan Performance exhaust(sound is nice, subtle growl) for the increased horse power. Mechanically this 540i had all the common issue parts recently replaced during the 80k-100k mi service inspection(Which is always recommended for BMW's) and runs clean and very strong. The radiator, water pump, auxiliary fan, valve cover gasket, power steering hoses and reservoir, belts(with one hydraulic belt tensioner replaced) , suspension(control/thrust arms), exhaust manifold gasket, motor mounts, oil level sensor and battery were all replaced. I just bought front rotors because I noticed that the current ones are a little rusty, I have not installed them because they still function perfectly and have not had the chance to install them but they will be included in sale of vehicle.I use German castrol 0w-30 oil and Shell V-Power fuel for best performance quality. I recently had an engine flush and coolant system flush for maximum performance and preventative maintenance. I HAVE RECEIPTS FOR THE REPAIRS I LISTED ABOVE.
