1968 Chevrolet Impala Convertible 307 Selling my small classic car collection. Just do not have the time to drive them very often. Red Exterior, Black Interior, 78,758 original Miles. (164678T198986). Power top works well. The car runs good but still has minor items that need attention and are the following: 1. Clock does not work. 2. Fuel gauge does not work. 3. AM radio only has static. 4. AC does not work. The car has always been worked on by a private mechanic that only works on classic cars while in our possession. The following is the information we gathered around the engine: 1. 3917290 GM B2708 (Facing driver’s side inside valve cover) T T 2. 3919801 (On top of engine near fire wall) GM5 3. 13T216901 (on engine block plate) Recent work on the car: (Within the last one year) 1. New spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor. 2. New fuel filter and new accelerator pump. 3. New weather-strip of both doors and under front hood. 4. New battery. 5. New air filter and breather element. 6. New battery plate. 7. Repair of dash lights. (Just needed a fuse). 8. Repair of tail lights. (Just needed a fuse). 9. New Windshield wipers. 10. New Shocks. (All four). 11. New exhaust gasket. 12. New Rochester Carburetor. 13. New Vintage under dash am/fm stereo. 14. New vintage under dash temp/voltage gauge. 15. NYS inspection. I am selling my small car collection. Just do not drive them very often. The car is garaged kept. The heat works very well and the car drives smoothly down the road. There is virtually no rust except a little under the battery. The car seems to be very original except for the paint which looks like it was done very well, professional and in the correct paint color. In fact the car won best in class at a MA car show.
