Super nice mostly original 1958 Bugeye, Early vehicle # AN5L/6519 Very solid, good running and driving. Has original 948cc engine, drum brakes and smooth case trans. Recently rebuilt carburetors, and replaced seals on side curtains (not an easy job) An older repaint in the original color showing some signs of aging, but still presentable. 99% rust free, with some prior rust repair and bondo. Floors are solid with two small holes. One on each side. There is some bubbling below the paint that I tried to show in the digital images. Rear spring perches are very solid and rust free. Very straight body with no evidence of prior accident damage. Has many original features not normally seen in 55 year old cars. Original hardtop recovered with some funky '70's style vinyl. Top is in good shape. Has soft top frame but no soft top. MG midget Rostyle wheels with michelin radials. Original wheels, hubcaps and ancient tires will be included but not depicted. Interior is original including seats and dash covering. All instruments, lights, wipers, and switches are in working condition. Rear boot area is rust free and straight as an arrow. Original Grille will probably need re-chroming. Milage showing 44K, cannot verify, but it might be accurate. This is a good driving Bugeye with a fun attitude.
