Up for bidding is a 1955 chevrolet 210 2 door sedan gasser, vin # B55S108728. The car has a clean and clear South Dakota title. No motor or trans. Car has very solid floors, braces and mounts(as pictured). It had sat in a shop for many years and as a result it has been spared from the weather. The car is NOT rust free however as the rear of the trunk corners are rusted. The car had been crashed on the driver side rear quarter panel and vintage body replacement is a result. Trunk floor was cut and spliced through the center and up the driver side trunk wall (pictured). Over all the body is nice and straight except for the pass door that is a sheet of bondo and bowed at the bottom (also pictured).Pass side front fender does have lead on the lower back of the fender. Fire wall is in nice shape, not cut up or dented. Trans hump does have a hole cut in it with a cover bolted down on it. Currently it is stripped of the chrome as a gasser would have been but I do have most of the chrome harvested from other cars but not all such as the hood bar chrome. If the new owner wishes to add the chrome to the car I will include what I have. Windshield (cracked), vent windows and rear window included as is one pass side rear window (also cracked). Roof has a couple of waves at the rear but other wise is not rusted. The frame has not been sand blasted just cleaned up very well and painted with an epoxy trailer paint that is super durable. This car would make a good foundation to start a restoration or better yet Drop a big nasty motor in it and have some gasser fun. NO EARLY ENDING, NO TRADES. Buyer responsable for pick up.
