I bought this from a gentleman, I was told it was a daily driver in NH until it broke down and the man could not afford to fix it. It still has a NH inspection sticker on the window that is good until 4/13. I believe that the engine needs to be rebuilt, it has a knocking sound to it, I looked online and there are many different things it could be. I do not know anything about the slant six. I would put a Mopar 340 in it with a four speed if I were to keep it. It needs new driver/passenger front floor boards and new trans/torsion support cross member that is directly located under the front floor boards. The floors rusted out which then rusted out the cross member. Very common on the older style A body Mopars. The repair kits are sold on autobodyspecialt dot com. They specialize in Mopar parts. It needs new brake lines as well, the lines run right through the cross member and they are rotted out there as well. The rear floors look good, the trunk floor looks good. The body has several rust spots and bubbling as shown in the pictures. Other than that it looks solid for a 1973 Mopar. I bought it with the plans of putting in a 340 block, connecting the front and rear sub frames, installing a new cross member and restoring it into a nice Mopar muscle car. I have another project that is taking up all of what little free time that I have left and I don't want this car to just sit, so I figured I would pass it on to someone who would enjoy making it their own project. I am a Jeep guy, I have bought and worked on several old Jeeps, I am in no way a mechanic or claim to know much about classic cars. I will answer any questions to the best of my ability when ever I can. Thank you. Comes with NH registration, they do not issue titles for cars over 15 years old. Please check with your state, Mass will issue title with NH registrations with no problems.
