Capital one holds the title, so I will need to pay them off to secure it. I have had the car for 2-1/2 years and I have had no problems at all from it. I have had synthetic oil in it since I have owned it as well. Other than few door dings and a crack in the windshield, the car is in perfect condition. The car has two accidents prior to me owning it. This is a great deal if your looking into get into a later model GT.
