Vehicle Detail
1972 Mustang no rust ever western car...351 C engine compltely rebuilt by L.V. machine.....balance, blueprinted, Crower torque cam...screw in head studs....edelbrock intake with a 650 cfm Holley carb.....Hooker headers....Petronix ign. and coil with MSD wires and cap.....brakes are all redone with new lining, master cyl., all brake hoses(rubber), and parking brake cables....new fuel pump, gas tank, sending unit....tracks well down the road with new upper and lower control arms and idler arm....all eng. bellts and water hoses replaced as is the starter, relay, battery and batt. cables....Body is straight with no major accidents evident....doors are no sag with windows operating as should....Interior is redone seats, new carpet and headliner...title is a clear Az. title in my name...A lot of money and work put into this car but a broken hip keeps me from doing the last of it.....Bad stuff...paint job although very neet is not the best....pulls good and shifts out fine in forward but is jerky in reverse....don't need much to complete it to show statis...forgot about the new U.S.A. 4 row radiator and new A/C hoses.....NICE CAR!!!! Disclaimers.....This car is 31 yrs. old and no warranties are made....I bought this car in 2011 from a person in Las Vegas who had the engine work done and was restoring it but ran out of interest. I am a retired Ford mechanic and Mustangs are a hobby of mine...a broken hip has limited my mobility so I am giving up the work on old Mustangs....Whatever you buy this car for will not even cover the parts put into it in the last few years...New tires were also added....Has a Ford am/fm stereo radio... Back to the engine...has flattop pistons(9.5 comp. ratio and runs on reg. fuel...cam is a Crower baja torque master cam and kit...has a Milodon deep sump oil pan(10 qt.) and windage tray....boss 351 screw in head studs, guide plates, boss rocker arms and fulcrums...Rollmaster timing gears, billit oil drive and a blueprinted oil pump...new SFI flexplate... this eng was custom built by Las Vegas machine....Add up the cost of the parts in the engine alone and tell me this is not a bargain!! Have had a lot of questions by interested parties about the transmission....it has no problems in forward and pulls good and shifts out fine....is jerky in reverse but does back up...told by the guy that I bought it from that he had had the trans rebuilt.
