For sale we have a 1997 Porsche Boxter featuring the 2.5 liters 6 horizontal mid longitudinal engine. This porsche runs and drives great. The motor fires right up and it sounds solid and very smooth. The automatic/tip-ronic transmission shifts smoothly thru out all the gears with no delays. The car drives smooth down the road and it handles incredible. The car will come with the hard-top, the hard-top is very easy to install and it is very light. These tops are expensive and hard to get by. The soft top is in good shape with no rips no cuts. We already replaced both linkage rods for the convertible which are very common on these Boxters, so the top works perfect. All 4 tires are in good shape and they have plenty of tread remaining. The outside body is good for its age and it has some nicks and marks here and there but again it is over 15 years old and for its age it looks good. The interior is in good shape. The cons: there's a scuff in the front bumper, passenger's side seat button is missing (still works with finger) and also the bulb that lights up the mileage is no good, but you can still read the miles just fine. Other than that this Porsche is in great shape.
