This Volvo has been good to me, but I have decided to upgrade to a newer Volvo. Get the space of an SUV with the MPG & FUN of a car! I see average mpg around 22-24 AVERAGE in this car. Car is in very good shape for its age. Please keep the age in mind, and do not expect perfection. Exterior has some scrapes (see pics) but the interior & engine are incredibly clean! Car starts right up every time and runs good. VERY SAFE CAR!! Side Airbags in a '96!! As well as Driver/Passenger Airbags. Has many new maintenance parts, most of which are upgraded as well:New Toyo Tires Sept 2012.New Battery.New Thermostat (old one was stuck open, great heat now!).New A/C recharge Aug 2012.New Wastegate Actuator.New "Compressor Bypass Valve" aka Diverter Valve.All Silicone hose couplers - NEVER fail like OEM rubber ones.New exhaust, with two Magnaflow mufflers & oval tip. Very quiet, nice subtle tuned growl when getting on highway etc.Eibach springs & new rear struts - Handles VERY well!!Rear sway bar added (the wagons did not come with them) for added handling & stability.Boston Acoustics Speakers in front doors.All fluids are fresh & tune up done recently with OEM Volvo Platinum plugs.
