Nice 2004 Volkswagen Passat GLS Turbo sedan for sale. This car was purchased from a retired lady who was the original owner in March of 2009 with 47,500 miles. It has been driven and maintained since that time by a female school teacher, who is the second owner, and the car is in very good condition. The current owner purchased a new vehicle, and is reluctantly selling this car since she does not need two vehicles. The car runs and drives out nicely, and everything on the car works as it is supposed to. The car is very peppy and gets good mileage. Neither the first owner nor the second owner were smokers or had pets, so the car is in very good condition. The car is loaded with equipment, including turbo engine, power windows, cruise control, tilt wheel, heated leather seats (great on cold days), power steering, 4-wheel power disk brakes, rear defroster, and power sunroof. There are a few minor issues with car. The left taillight cover is cracked (shown in picture), the bolster on the driver side seat is showing minor (and normal) wear, the automatic trunk lid sometimes fails to close properly, and it probably could use new rear brake pads. Both NADA and Kelly Blue Book list the value of this car for a private party sale in the area of $4,700, but the reserve is lower than that. Please bid to win. I will not arrange transportation, but I will assist in loading the vehicle on the transporter the buyer arranges. A non-refundable $500.00 deposit paid through PayPal will be required within 48 hours after the close of the auction. The balance due must be paid in cash or certified check within seven days after the close of the auction.
