Up for sale is a SUPER CLEAN 2004 Toyota Highlander in silver with grey interior. This is a V6, 4-wheel drive vehicle with 3rd row seating and seats up to 7 passengers. We are the original owners and purchased this SUV from Thomason Toyota in Portland, OR on 04/03/2004 for $27,627 (Original sticker was $29,907). CarCheck Report shows 2 owners since at time of purchase, both my Wife and her mother were put on as joint owners, which is why it reads two owners. We have all original documents and papers if needed to prove original ownership. We are non-smokers and do not have pets, nor have we had any of our friends' pets inside the vehicle. Vehicle has always been garaged and well maintained by a clean-freak with OCD (my wife). This SUV was purchased with the 'Appearance Package' which included alloy wheels and privacy windows all around. We also had professional aftermarket tinting completed for the rear windows to add an extra level of sun protection. New Yokohama YK520 225/70R-16 Tires were purchased on 01/21/2011 at 66,749 miles, and have less than 10,000 miles on them. We have put on less than 5,000 miles/year for the past 4 years (majority of the miles were put on in the first 3-4 years). We just paid the 2013 CA registration and had the oil changed (still need to get the smog certificate completed as part of the registration process, but registration has been paid). All major tune-ups were completed at Toyota Dealerships. Full maintenance records have been kept. Clean title. We actually took this SUV down to CarMax on 7/2/12 @ 75,034 miles to get it appraised and to see what they would give us for it as a trade-in. Everything checked out---the representative said "the car is in perfect condition" and they offered us $10,000 after a VERY thorough inspection. This same model is going for ~$15,000+ on Carmax today. I've included the scanned appraisal offer in the pictures. Again, this is CarMax's trade-in offer...which they would turn around, mark-up and sell for $15K+.
