1999 CAMARO Z28 SS. WE BOUGHT THIS CAR FOR OUR SON AT 56K MILES AND NOW IT HAS AROUND 120K ON IT. HERE IS A LIST OF THE GOOD THINGS: MOTOR RUNS GREAT....WE ADDED AN EATON FULLER 3.73 POSI REAREND...WE HAD CUSTOM FRAME RAILS BUILT TO TIE THE FRAME...HAS COLD AIR...WE ADDED AN ADJUSTABLE NITROUS SYSTEM...HAS 3 INCH EXAUST WITH FLOWMASTER MUFFLER AND EXAUST DUMP...BODY IS GOOD AND STRAIGHT WITH NO RUST...HAS ZO6 STYLE WHEELS...AFTERMARKET STEREO...AND MORE. NOW FOR THE BAD: THE TRANSMISSION IS SLIPPING....IT IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF TIRES AND AN ALIGNMENT...I BELIEVE ONE WHEEL COULD BE OUT OF ROUND...I THINK THE BRAKES ARE GETTING WEAK. OVERALL THIS CAR WOULD MAKE A GREAT CAR AGAIN WITH SOME WORK OR WOULD BE A GOOD RACE CAR. THE LS MOTOR ALONE IS WORTH TONS MORE THAN OUR OPENING BID...WE ARE GOING TO SELL THIS CAR NO RESERVE! On Jan-03-13 at 09:33:31 PST, seller added the following information: I'm posting this revision to try and answer most questions I'm receiving. It does have T-tops, power windows (slow), power doorlocks. Interior is in fair to good shape the worst thing would be the crack in the dash which is common for these Camaros. It does have the SLP modifications including the cold air induction system. It has custom exaust and custom frame extenders. The suspension seems to be in good shape with a little vibration coming from the front which I believe is a wheel out of round. The paint overall is fair to good. Once again I want zero misunderstandings! This car cannot be driven home in its present condition. But, fix the transmission, put some new tires and brakes on it, possibly some rubber seals around the windows and t-tops, and you will have a good looking, great running car!
