This is a LSV (low speed vehicle) designed to be driven on roads marked 35mph. like citys, neigborhoods, lake comminities, non major roads. This car can be modified to 43mph but it will effect life of batterys. Currently it has not been fooled with and top speed is 26mph it gets there in a hurry. This car has heat! New batterys! Tires are perfect Can be licenced. has a crack in plastic bumper. other than that car looks perfect
