2004 Dodge RAM 2500 Up to the highest bidder (NO RESERVE) goes my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 SLT 4x4 Quad Cab pick-up Truck with 8 ft. cargo bed. The 5.7-liter Hemi V-8 produces 345 hp and 375 pounds-feet of torque. I bought the truck new in 2005. It has 85625 miles. It is Automatic and runs on gasoline. (not diesel) The oil has been changed regularly. All required maintenance has always been done. The engine runs perfect Turns over and starts immediately. The 4x4 has a low range and high range, both work perfectly and transfer easily. Truck has low range tow option on the tree. It can pull around 12000 lbs, the highest towing capacity for the 2500 series. Real work horse that has never let me down. Has an awesome Infinity 8 speaker cd stereo. Plenty of leg room in the rear. Wrap around air bags. Plush cloth charcoal interior seating looks like new. It has had seat covers since day one, ( I have ALL the seat covers and will give them to the new owner). The seats look new. The carpets have always had the rhino floor mats so the carpet is like new as well. Never smoked in and always adult driven. Power driver seat. Power windows and locks. Multiple power outlets. New Pirelli tires in 2010 have about 90-95%tread left. New brakes in 2011. Have had the universals and wheel bearings replaced. It does have Fifth Wheel trailer tow hitch installed, which will be included. It has outside roof lights and step-up rails. The truck is completely stock with those exceptions. It has plastic style bed liner. Never been in an accident. I can give you the carfax ! All in all, I would say this truck is a 8 on a scale of 1 to 10. It does have a couple of minor dings and a small dent on the right rear quarter panel. Truck should have new catalytic converter and new (or used) rear bumper installed. The rear bumper will be dismantled. The ONLY issue with this truck is, after pulling a heavy load for a long distance it something slips when pulling off from a dead start in first gear. This happens occasionally, after a long use, and ONLY until the truck gets to about 3 miles per hour. After that everything works fine and shifts as it should. I have had the transmission serviced and the mechanic told me the transmission was not the problem, though I can not attest to it. It may be the rear needs replacement. I noticed this on a long trip in 2010. It has been a daily driver locally since then and I would not hesitate to drive this truck across country (without the load).
