Up for sale is my 1931 Ford Model A project. I am selling due to lack of funds to complete build. This is a roller and is not a running / driving vehicle but is an excellent start on a great winter project. Below is a description of components:1931 Ford coupe body - body is stripped down to bare metal and all patch panels have been completed - just needs final metal work and finishing or leave as is for a really cool bare metal ride - the best part about bare metal is there are no hidden surprises its all there so you can see exactly what you are getting - good original fire wall does have a few holes cut into it as seen in pics but no major butchering - doors open / close nicely / latches work - trunk lid is just setting in place and will need hinges and latch - as seen in pics bottom 2"- 3" of trunk lid does have some rust and inner structure is partially rusted out at very bottom edge as well but trunk lid is easily repairable I just didn't get to it - panel below trunk lid should be replaced, it would take far too long to repair / straighten the holes and dents compared to $100 for a brand new one1931 model a grill 1931 model a hood - center hinge is siezed and tops are bent up around hinge - could be saved but i never got around to it1931 model a frame stepped 4" in the rear - step is boxed in but the rest of the frame is not boxed front suspension - 4" drop super bell axle Pete & Jakes reverse eye main leaf with 5 additional leafs from original front model a spring.Ford round back spindles(steering arms have been dropped for clearance with drop axle), backing plates / hubs / drums and all internal brake components (appears to have been rebuilt recently), and split wishbone with ball joints original model a ford banjo rear end with 1940s juice brakes backing plates and drums (no internals in rear brakes) and torque tube asym. The wheels are early to mid 1960s 15" Mickey Thomson Rader wheels - these are very rare and look great with the black outer rim and bias ply black wall tiresFront tires 6.70 x 15 U S Royal bias plys - these are old tires and are only good for rollers due to dry rot but they due hold air rear tires are brand new 7.10 x 15 Firestone black wall bias plysThis car does not have a title but does come with a New York state transferable registration and bill of sales from previous sales - this is all you will need to put the car in your name in your state as New York state doesn't have titles for pre 1972 vehicles. The winning bidder is required to make a deposit of $500 via PayPal within 24 hours of the end of the auction and the remainder is required within 7 days from end of auction via cashiers check, money order, or cash at pick up. Vehicle must be picked up within 7 days of end of auction unless other arrangements are made prior to end of auction. This Vehicle will not leave my property until all payment has cleared in full.
