The City of Brooklyn Park is selling surplus fire equipment. For sale is a 2000 Ford F-150 Extended Cab Pick Up that has been assigned to the fire department. The vehicle has been used for support and response. The vehicle is in fair condition with minor tears and stains to the seats and some small areas of rust on the body. Vehicle has low mileage and has been maintained extremely well mechanically. Maintenance records are available and may be viewed or requested by contacting the Fleet Management at steve.lawrence@brooklynpark.org Vehicle is shown with emergency light package and siren controller which goes with the truck UPON VERIFICATION, ON OFFICIAL LETTERHEAD, THAT THE VEHICLE WILL BE USED BY AN AUTHORIZED EMERGENCY RESPONSE ORGANIZATION. Otherwise, the emergency lights and siren controller will be removed from the vehcile with no credit to the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle in Brooklyn Park, MN. or for making arrangements, at buyers cost, to ship the vehicle. The vehicle is being sold as is with no warranty. The vehicle is available for inspection and additional pictures may be requested via the email address above. Payment, via CASHIERS CHECK, payable to the City of Brooklyn Park, is due within 14 days following the close of auction.
