I love this bike so much I've upgraded to a brand new one with ABS. Don't have room for 2 of these behemoths in my garage so I'm reluctantly letting this baby go. Purchased from a private seller in 2010. Well maintained and garaged. Minor blemishes include a paint ding and a few faint scratches on front fender, one paint ding on rear fender, scratches to back of one of the mirrors, a bit of scuffing around the ignition switch and dings on bar end. I've included very detailed photos with the listing for your convenience. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or if you would like to arrange to inspect the bike in person. Terms of Sale: Payment: A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction and the balance is due within 7 days. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the bike must be shipped or picked up within 10 days of the auction's end. Communication is required within 24 hours, or the winning bidder risks having the auction relisted. I accept money orders, certified bank checks, bank to bank wire transfers, and of course cash in person. Bank to bank wire transfers usually show in my account within 24 hours of transfer, except on weekends. Banks now require that any out of state certified checks, money orders and treasurers checks require 5 business days to clear. Please keep this in mind when considering delivery time. Once payment has been confirmed and cleared, my goal is to ship your motorcycle within 2 business days. I will email or call you when the payment has cleared and again when the motorcycle is shipped. PayPal is only accepted for the deposit. I cannot accept PayPal payments for the full amount. Warranty: This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. Taxes and Fees: "Buyer" is responsible not only for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees, but also remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents for their state. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered. Shipping and Delivery: All shipping arrangements and charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. I will be happy to work with your "Carrier", but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for $500,000. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves my possession. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the "Carrier" and not with me.
