Thanks for clicking on. 1969 Plymouth Valiant 100 2-Door Post, Southern California car. In-process V-8 upgrade project with extra parts. No motor, No transmission. 32,650 original Miles. About 93 pictures to check out. Yes, 93. Here is a list of some features and upgrades on the car now : · Original L1 Beige paint. About 75% original paint. · Built in Los Angeles and has been in Southern California all it’s life. Very solid car with just a few small minor rust issues, see pics. · Has a low-mileage A-Body 8-3/4 (8.75) Rear End Housing with a “42” Case 3.23 Ratio Sure-Grip Gears, (posi) with big flange. Has correct oil and with Mopar “Sure-Grip” additive. · Big-Bolt rear axles with new non-adjustable bearings. · Big 11 inch Rear brakes. Emergency brake works also. · HD 340 Leaf Springs with new upgraded bushings in the front eyelets and rear hangers. · Has steel 1-inch lowering blocks installed. · 4 - KYB shocks installed. · R11 – Music Master AM radio. Worked great when I used to drive it. Original telescopic antenna. · Original “Plymouth Division” bottle cap hubcaps. · Original Gas Cap !!! · When I got the car back in 2000, I replaced the float and filter in the gas tank. · Engine compartment and front end is all stock and untouched since I pulled out the slant six and transmission and sold it many years ago. Original K-member and small brakes & small bolt pattern. Some xtra’s not installed on the car that come with this auction. (Keep in mind I was planning on putting a 440 and/or a 360 engine in to make a fun driving & handling dependable street/strip car). · 1973 & up stock A-body V-8 slip-in K-Member. · Factory A-body dual exhaust bolt-in hanger. · @ 45 inch long driveshaft for 727 trans & 8-3/4 rearend. Small u-joint. Can use Napa U-joint # 347 that works for small to big u-joint or vise versa. · New Mopar Performance A-Body Torsion Bars. # P5249151. One step above stock BB A-body. · Plymouth A-Body Frame Connectors. The body and paint are in mostly original condition except for a replacement white trunk lid I put on years ago because the original had a dent above the bumper. Also, a repair was done, probably when it was fairly new, located in front of the rear wheel area on the drivers side you can see in the different paint texture, See the pictures of the area. The paint has many chips and some small dings around. The tops of the car you can see the original paint is fading. Except for the drivers-side area issue, the car has good straight lines and some nice areas. I added a highline Signet model emblem to the grille. The interior is all stock original with rubber mat, nice door panels, steering wheel, dash, and headliner. Sorry to say that the California sun has made the interior very dried out including the cracked dashpad and crispy seats. When I was driving the car, all the gauges/radio worked and it drove well with no issues. · Clear Calif. Title (pink slip). Currently registered as non-operative. No late fee’s for future Calif. registration. Also comes with the original documented set of California blue plates from the 1970’s. My mechanical recommendations, take’em or leave’em : · It needs Upgraded front brakes to 11 inch stock late 70’s / early 80’s Police B-body or R-body big 11.70 front disc brakes. NO TRADES. SOLD AS IS. I can Assist in finding transport, if needed. No Engine or Transmission. Rolls easy and brakes work good.
