Bailey on February 5, 1973 from Feld Chevrolet at 812 Minnesota Avenue in Kansas City, KS. Ths car was his pride and joy. After his passing, it was inherited by my friend March 2, 1989. At that time the car had 21,500 miles. It was rarely driven, but enjoyed until 1996 when it was parked and garaged. It was moved a few times here and there, but mainly it sat. In June 2012, it was pulled out, cleaned up and the following enhancements have been made. New spark plug wires New hoses New belts New water pump New battery and cables New fuel pump New AC Compressor – Remanufactured A6 Compressor with Clutch New Tires New Exhaust System New Alternator New Right Rear Wheel Cylinder Replaced Brake line from front to rear and on axle New Air Filter New Breather Filter New Thermostat New Fan Clutch New PCV Valve New Radiator Cap New Headlights This car is basically 100% original. The interior has never been touched. The exterior had the right rear fender painted and left front fender touched up. This was done a long time ago while Mr. Bailey was alive. The chrome on the front and rear bumpers look fantastic!! The flaws on the exterior are the square blistering on the hood and few rust spots that are noted with the pictures. Notice the front bumper end fillers are not on the car. At the front of the vinyl top, there are a couple of areas that are just starting to fray. The radio works but is not very loud. The interior is very clean and has never had any work completed on it. Notice the crack on the dash. The car comes with books/paperwork, 1 set of keys, smog pump (not installed), the actual and original floor mats and some spare parts.The car runs great with no issues that we can find.
