Vehicle Detail
This car is in near new condition. Always garaged; driven only on bluebird days - it’s never even been driven in the rain! At 5000 miles the car received fresh oil & anti-freeze, new K&N air filters, all tires rebalanced and 4 wheel alignment. Has the polished wheel option – one of the first Viper Red cars. Tires are in excellent condition with 6/32 trend (2/3 of original). Many extras too: · All the original documents, sticker, owner manuals, factory Service Manual · 1997 and 1998 Dodge lineup literature · Miscellaneous factory letters and OneSource brochures · A mint copy of the special 1997 Viper book + accompanying special accessories booklet · Viper Quarterly including first edition 1995 (except summer), all 1996 – 2003 issues and 2004 Winter & Spring all in “as new” condition · 13 period car magazines (Road & Track, Motor Trend, Car & Drive, Automobile) with reviews and reports on the Viper GTS. · A professionally framed and matted 4th Viper Owner Invitational poster valued @ $500 · An installed set of embroidered Viper floor mats + another NIB set still sealed. NITS: 1) There is a small rub on the driver door seal - see the picture. 2) A small ~ 2" area on top of the dash on the drivers side (not visible while driving) had the flat texture surface removed by acetone as I replace an old inspection sticker. It is now glossy. You have to look for it to notice it. 3) There is a tiny speck of paint chip on the passenger side side rail below the door - see the picture. 4) The rear window is attached with full width adhesive and about 2-3" on the passenger side has popped loose. It is water tight and there are no air leaks even at 160 MPH! If I had not mentioned it you probably wouldn't have spotted it as it's not visible in any way until the rear window is raised to the top. That's it. This car is AWESOME!
