This unit runs and operates well, will pass PA inspection & will be inspected once sold. the truck does smoke some at initial start up but clears totally after a few minutes.  Very good rear rubber! Please keep in mind, this is a 1989, not a 2012. Yes it will have dings and dents, yes there is some rust (nothing structurally).
