1960's R69S BMW motorcycle. I would consider this bike a project. I am not sure of the year, but I have seen a 1964 with a higher VIN number, so I am assuming it is earlier than that. I am selling this bike for a gentleman from Rhode Island which is a non-title state for older vehicles. You will be supplied with a Bill of Sale from him. There is quite a bit missing from this bike as you can see in the photos but what is there appears to be in fairly good condition. The frame and engine are matching numbers (656451). This has no speedometer so I have no idea how many miles the bike has. The engine kicks over with compression and the transmission shifts. This bike has been sitting for many years in a garage. Please ask all questions before bidding as this is sold as is. I would prefer that this be picked up in Brookfield, MA minutes from the Mass Pike exit 9. However, I will ship if the buyer makes all arrangements. It would have to be picked up by a truck with a lift gate as I have no way of loading it onto a truck without one.
