Great condition no mods no crashes no mechanical issues and no racing..2 owners both in huntington beach, both car lovers, the guy i bought it off is still a friend of mine we go to cars n coffee on satsDaily driver to work -great funReason for selling? I bought another identical one with only 4000 miles on it -love these cars!Any questions call or text paul 714 204 2283i will post more photo's during the week On Oct-24-12 at 12:03:23 PDT, seller added the following information: Engine – excellent Transmission – no problems, has done 57K miles and is manual so if I was keeping it I would recondition the trans/clutch at some point but drives great right now Body – tiny dint behind driver’s door where someone obviously opened a door on it which I had not even seen until I went over it for the sale looking from every angle, front fender plastic clip broken underneath so is fender alignment slightly off perfect line, clip needs replacing , rear fender has scratch in the middle needing touch up paint, Letter C is missing from Pontiac on rear Windows – all good , small stone chip in windscreen on passenger side Interior – near perfect with exception of rear seat stitching which has come apart at the top (very common GTO problem) which I am currently quoting to get fixed and intend to do so before sale is finalized – no kids, no smokers and very rarely even a passenger in this car Wheels and Tires – PERFECT ! Literally, tires only 6k on them, wheels have no scratches at all Paint – very good with exception of door handles (not doors, just the handles) where paint is peeling (again, very common GTO problem) which again I am going to fix before sale. Some stone chips on the front and on the hood, not visible from a distance but clearly there up close, result of standard freeway driving for 57K miles. On Oct-27-12 at 21:19:26 PDT, seller added the following information: Hi guys,I have gotten quotes on the door handle paint and rear seat stitching, basically $500 for the two jobs , problem is that everyone is quoting me weeks not days to fit it in and am travelling now from sunday for a few weeks and whilst i can make the car available for colllection i cannot run around getting this stuff fixed so i am going to sell it as is . I AM HAPPY TO TAKE $500 off the final bid price to allow for this. There is a step by step diy fix for the seat stitch on the gto web site if you want to do it yourself. It doesnt worry me so i have not bothered. Also have been over the car one more time and there are a few small scratches on the rear fender and two small stone chips on the right front guard, 5 on the left.. They are minor but they are there and i want the buyer to completely understand the condition. The paint shop did give me some touch up paint which i am not going to use but will come with the car if you want to.
