1961 chevrolet biscayne 2 door sedan , engine is a 409 cubic inch super turbo thrust ,it is a 1964 engine that was built with the intention of being a drag racing machine. it was originally a 340 hp ,but has been rebuilt to a current 450 hp ,pistons are ross 10 to 1 compression ,valves are stainless ,all ports are polished and relieved ,has a comp cam with 516 - 520 lift with 224 - 230 duration ,4 speed tranny saginaw ,daytona model with nascar close ratio gear combination and shift pattern , differential is a 3.08 ratio with posi-traction unit ,fuel system is single 4 bbl ,body and paint by owens restorations of republic ,interior by john miller ,this car was built by my friend who passed away ,it won best in show many times before his death ,the car has been in storage over 2 years and been put in a car bag before his passing ,,the car will need gone through completelly as no one has started car or drove car in over 2 years ,there are no garentees but this car is a reel head turner ,it was built to look plain jane but with the 409 4speed . buyer pays all shipping but will assist in loading on trailer .
