This is a very clean 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 4x4 with the legendary Duramax "LBZ" Turbo Diesel Engine. This is a very tight and sound truck both mechanically and cosmetically. It runs great - very strong with no smoke. It doesnt have any leaks, doesnt have any blow-by, doesnt burn any oil, and the transmission shifts perfect. It is ready to drive anywhere. I just had this truck totally checked out and serviced, and it is obvious this truck has been very well cared for. Everything on it is very tight and it drives excellent. This truck has the most desirable generation of the Duramax Diesel ever produced - the "LBZ" which was only available in late 2006 and early 2007 model year trucks. This was the last incarnation of the Duramax before GM was forced to add all the extra emissions equipment to their Duramax Diesel engines such as the Diesel Particulate Filter, which greatly reduced the longevity and durability of these engines. This LBZ generation of the Duramax is also the most powerful of all the Duramax engines (pre-DPF) pushing out an incredible 360 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque. Couple this engine with its Allison 6-Speed Automatic Transmission, and youve got the power to go anywhere and tow just about anything you want. There hasnt ever been any kind of chip or programmer on this truck. Everything on it is factory stock right down to the air intake and exhaust systems. Even the tires are still the stock size! No signs of any sort of abuse at all. Ive already put about 150 miles on this truck myself and it has performed flawlessly. The interior is in excellent condition. The seats and all upholstery are all in great shape with no stains or tears. No weird smells. Everything works perfect (power windows, locks, cruise control, A/C, heat, stereo, etc.). The interior is very clean. The exterior is also excellent. The paint shines great. No cracks in the windshield. If you look really close youll find a few tiny paint nicks, a few light scratches, and a couple tiny dings from normal use, but as you can see this truck really looks great.
