This is the only year that you were able to get this vehicle with a gas V8 otherwise you were limited to an anemic diesel that would have a difficult time propelling this monster too 50+ mph. Well, the original owner still wasn't quite happy and from what I can put together with information from the 2nd owner he had the original 350 whipple charged and engine modestly built to handle the extra stress. I can't personally verify this but what I can tell you is when I traded it it had a miss and wasn't running very well so our shop and twenty hous later narrowed it down to cap, plugs and wires. If you are at all familiar with this undertaking, it isn't easy with the location of the GM distributor and the middle placement of the engine in the chassis, it is literally 15 + hours. That said, prior to letting my shop loose on it I asked them to do a compression check so to be certain I wasn't spending good money after bad. Compression checked out across all cylinders and were all with in 5lbs or less of eachother. The interior is beautiful! Black leather against tan backround. Tires, brakes and suspension all excellent. Exterior is also nice as far as H1's go. It is equipped with a lot of H1 options: CTIS, brush bar with additional lighting, undercarriage guards, custom rear bumper, custom rear rack, power remote winch. Also has a JL audio system complete with woofers and multiple amplifiers. This is a great oppurtunity to buy a $100,000 vehicle for a fraction of the price.
