EXCELLENT 2006 VSTROM 650!I purchased this new in 2006 - one ownergaraged it's entire life, very well taken care ofexcellent condition, few minor scratches, etc. in keeping with its ageall service has been performedextras: saddle bags, top case, engine guard, corbin seat, etc.runs so smooth and has been so reliable.don't want to let it go, but I not longer have room in my garageOn Oct-11-12 at 08:16:44 PDT, seller added the following information: Additional Information, as of Oct 11, 2012: A question was posed to me about the bike's maintenance history. The last maintenance was at approximately 10,500 miles (June 2012), which included: oil and filter change, new spark plugs, flush and replace of antifreeze, topping off brake fluid, oiling levers and chain, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary was done. 2 - I have performed all maintenance, except the first break-in maintenance at 600 miles. 3. - Tires were replaced at about 9,000 miles (about 1 year ago) – dealer performed the work. 4. - Brake are original. 5. - I fastidiously broke in the bike back in 2006 – going through the gears carefully and never exceeding 55MPH for the first 600 miles. 6. I only have the service records for the first 600 mile maintenance. I perform the rest on my own. 7. - Mileage was accumulated thus: 95% highway (commuting to work, day journeys through the mountain highways, and a trip to California this year), 4% city, and 1% dirt roads.
