Beautiful one of a kind 1968 AMX,#00422,Model 6839-7,Trim 835-A,Piant 72A,the car purchased new in NEW MEXICO in 1968 where it was until 2007 it came to Illinois, Totally rust free survivor of limited production of AMC"s challenge to Detroit Hi-performance market.This car was ordered with the Go Package 390 V-8 engine,automatic trans, power steering,power brakes,tilt wheel heavy duty suspension,posi -traction, Garage kept and kept clean. Very rare and factory original color,frost white with red interior, redone professionally,car came with black stripes,changed to red stripes when repainted.When i bought car paint was faded from being in New Mexico for 38 years,super straight with nicely fitting body panels all around,door jambs,trunk ,hood engine dept, all look new,engine,trans,rear end, rebuilt professionally,runs and drives very nice ,new seats ,carpet,headliner,,door panels original very nice condition,everything under the front end new,all new window rubber,new windsheild,bumpers rechromed,all other chrome very nice,all gauges work,tach works,turn signals,ect..new leaf springs,shocks,new 3 inch exhaust system,sounds strong,new Donlop sport tires,new triple coated chrome 500 mag rims,added a picture of stars inside of red stripes hard to photo look close, there are 100 stars in stripes different sizes ,shows up nice in sunlight, so much to list,shows well,this car has not felt one rain drop since i have owned it,any questions to ask i will be happy to answer, thanks for looking
