Vehicle Detail
2009 Mercedes C300 - 9054 miles / 14,571 km.- Immaculate condition interior (as new).- Was never smoked in.- I am the original owner. I bought it in cash, brand new, at Fletcher Jones in Orange County, California.- Great condition exterior. Scrapes: A few insignificant ones, some scrapes on the outer-edges of the rims on the right-hand side of the vehicle (as with most vehicles, these get intermittently scratched during parallel parking), and a 3" scrape on the roof from when the vehicle was towed to Canada -- you'll never see it.- It drives perfectly. I just had the full check up done at Mercedes and I have the report showing that it's in perfect working condition. Note: There is a dry paint stain on the matt inside the trunk. (On a trip to the store one day, I brought back a can of paint that wasn't fully sealed.) With the right chemicals, you can likely wash it out -- or just replace the trunk matt. It's not at all a big deal. Doesn't interfere with anything. But, had to point it out! Special features: 1) Aftermarket spoiler (same as seen on C350's) ($150 value)2) Aftermarket rims/tires with Mercedes emblem ($1,000 value)3) 6-speaker *very high end* Focal sound system with high-end amp ($3,000 value)4) Two massive *very high-end* JL subs in trunk with custom-fitted enclosure ($1,000 value) Note to Canadians: It was driven across the NY/Quebec border. The car is originally from California. (The consequence to you -- if you're a Canadian buyer -- is that the speedometer is in miles, not kilometers. You can in fact convert the speedometer, but Mercedes overcharges for this service and it's not worth the buck.) I have paid all duties and federal taxes. What needs to be paid are provincial taxes upon licensing the vehicle in your province of use. This vehicle received $10,000 in tax credits upon crossing the border (thanks to the fact that I was actually living in the US when I bought it, which qualified me for a large tax credit), resulting in a Value for Duty of $17,150 CAD. (I have the relevant certified forms and I will provide them to the buyer.) This is what you pay provincial tax on. So, at 7% PST, for example, you will pay $1,347.50 when you license this vehicle in your province. (If you're an American buyer, obviously no registration fees need to be paid.) I'm selling the vehicle at a low price because 1) it has a speedometer in miles, 2) provincial taxes need to be paid on it (as just described), and 3) it's 2WD (whereas 4WD is often desired by Montreal winter drivers). I will ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. You have to arrange for pickup and transportation. You're welcome to come by and check out the car in person on any day of the week so long as you give me 72 hours notice. The car is kept in a garage under my apartment in downtown Montreal. This is actually why I'm selling the vehicle: I moved to such a great location in downtown Montreal that I never use the car. I walk 95% of the time and taxi the remaining 5%. I'd rather sell the car than continue paying for monthly indoor parking. Message me any time if you have questions I haven't answered here. I'd also be happy to talk over the phone. Lastly, here's a quick video showing the outside and inside: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHyIorlg_xs Note: I relisted this item on eBay Motors USA (it was originally on eBay Motors Canada) so that buyers in the US receive payment coverage from eBay :)
