Mercedes Benz 300D 1985. 144K miles. Last year of the venerable W123 300D and the bulletproof 617 5 cylinder turbo diesel. Excellent condition! Nice nautical blue paint. Excellent interior. Solid springs in seats. Nice dash no cracks. Everything works: cruise control, cold a/c retrofitted to 134a. power antenna, all gauges including tachometer, passenger electric mirror, visor lights/mirrors in excellent condition, all power windows and power sunroof. Central lock system also works properly. First aid kit still in packaging. Shifts firm and smooth. New motor mounts. New Meyle windshield gasket. Excellent console and dash wood. No rust. Runs and shifts perfectly. Great fuel economy, easily 26-30 mpg. Very dependable. Only issue with the car is it needs a heater core. I currently have it bypassed. Included with the car is a good replacement heater core. If the auction exceeds at least 250.00 over the reserve I will install it. Here in Orlando, I rarely needed heat in the car. Only year with the 2:88 rear differential, great for highway driving. There are 2 small tears in the rear of the headliner that have been patched, not really noticeable. Pioneer CD player.
