howdy everybody. up for grabs is our 1959 ford f250 truck with a step side longbed. this truck will make a great restoration project considering this truck is almost complete.we can start off with the not so good. most notable missing parts are the passenger side mirror and spare wheel. we did not get the keys when we bought the truck. body does have typical rust spots due to sitting thru the years. worst areas are cab corners above windshield, rocker panels and front of the bed. except for the roll up windows in the doors, all glass is good. brakes and clutch don't work from sitting. now for the positives! we do have a clear title in our name ready for the next person. motor was stuck when we bought it and we were able to unfreeze the motor with minimum work and motor is complete, even though it has been converted to an alternator instead of a generator. transmission shifts thru all gears and all wheels roll freely. steering is very tight and smooth. besides a few dings on the front fenders and front bumper, the body is STRAIGHT! what about that grill! the grill has one little ding which is not very noticeable. and it was painted white which my father liked as it reminded him of his first truck also a '59 ford. all in all a great winter project that not everyone else has anywhere. any questions regarding the truck please feel free to ask at mds11464@yahoo.com. thanks for looking and god bless.
