1965 Chevelle 300 Post 2 Door, 72,000 ( I don’t know if this is actual) , 350 SB (1973 truck motor, don’t know if it’s a 4 bolt main) compression is 160-170 psi of compression across all 8 cylinders, dual exhaust with stock manifolds and stock intake, 650 Holley double pumper with manual choke. Fresh tune-up; plugs, cap, rotor, points, oil, filters, belts, also new water pump; starts and runs great!!. Motor and trans have a very small leak. Muncie 4 speed (M20), Hurst shifter, 3.08 rear gears, originally an automatic with 283 and bench seat. P/S, aftermarket A/C (pump spins, not hooked up, don’t know condition) Blinker switch is broke, and glove box latch is out. New master cylinder, brakes are good (4 wheel drum). Carpet is good, heater works, all gauges work; temp, oil, amp, fuel, and Tach. 8 track player with AM / FM that works (wiggle the tape). Wipers don’t work; bad switch and possibly the motor. Hi-back bucket seats are out of a later Chevelle or Camaro and are in decent shape (has seat covers due to some tears). All glass is good, as with the chrome bumpers, trim and emblems. Needs headliner; support bars are intact. Rear side window tracts need adjusted or replaced. Rockers are in the trunk, letters and emblems have been installed since pictures were takes (missing an 'L' on the trunk) Floors and trunk have been patched, frame rails look good. Recent paint, but is crap; 10ft job at best. I think most of it can be wet sanded out but if you choose, or re-shoot it, as I will toss in the extra 1/2 gallon of paint. Front and rear quarters were patched for later / better job. New14” tires, one has a small cut. 195/60/14 in front and 215/60/14 in rear. Shocks are good. Front and rear sway bars. Rides really smooth and tracts almost perfect. Has handy-man jack and the spare tire might be original. This car runs great and blast to drive, real sleeper and pulls hard!
