It comes with a full slate of comfort and convenience features, and its in EXCELLENT condition. This roadster comes loaded with leather seats, power and heated seats, a CD changer, dual-zone air conditioning, eucalyptus wood trim, and a lot more. This exterior is in excellent shape with no notable dents or dings. The paint shines brilliantly all around - no fade spots, no discoloration anywhere. Exterior features include alloy wheels and fog lamps. The seats are leather, and they are in very good condition with no holes, cuts or tears. Both front seats have power controls and heat. This SLK320 has some nice features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; remote entry; Telescopic wheel; Cruise control; HomeLink, Cold dual-zone air conditioning, and more. Safety features include dual air bags, front side air bags, ABS and ESP stability control. The steering wheel is wood and leather. The automatic transmission has a manual shift mode. The audio system has an in-dash Cassette player, as well as a CD changer in the trunk. There is also a HomeLink gate / garage opener. There is some minor discoloration of the rearview mirror glass. Visibility is not affected. The trunk is clean, and a set of SLK mats are with the car. This 3.2 liter V6 runs smooth and strong. Its rated at 215 hp and 229 lb-ft of torque. Current mileage on the car is 91,951. Carfax shows accurate mileage and no problems. This car may driven, so mileage may be a little higher by the time the auction is over. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
