This auction is for a 1991 Mercedes Benz 500SL. This is an original North Carolina car that has been pampered and garaged since new. I am the third owner. This Mercedes is in excellent condition as you can see from the pictures. Everything works as it should, even the clock keeps correct time. The engine is whisper quiet, powerful and smooth. Transmission shifts as it should. Interior including dash, leather seats, carpets, mats, door panels and hardtop liner are all in excellent condition. Exterior is excellent as well, and looks almost new. No body damage, chips, dents or repairs. Has extensive paperwork, manuels and receipts. In my opinion, what makes this car so special, is the color combination. The firey red exterior and saddle tan leather interior trimmed in black really make this model stand out. In addtion, this car has not been altered like so many of this vintage have. This Mercedes is an original outstanding car. The car comes with hard top, Mercedes Benz hardtop cover and trolley. It is a pleasure to drive, and draws compliments on a regular basis. There is no warranty expressed or implied with purchase.
