She starts right up and sounds like a MONTE CARLO should with a 4 barrel carb, headers and dual exhaust. My friend uses the terms, SOUNDS SWEET, DRIVES SWEET Title in hand, he tells me all gauges, lights, etc. work. ENGINE HAS PLENTY OF POWER, WAS REBUILT 2 YEARS AGO DASH HAS A COUPLE OF CRACKS IN IT, THIS IS NORMAL ON THE 1988 MONTE CARLO, IT HAS A CARPET COVER OVER THE DASH.
