An old body style fj40, it has a new fuel pump and radiator hoses, newer tires, exhaust system, catalytic converter, recent major tuneup, rebuilt axle trunions, completely new brake system including cylinder assembly,new steering damper and tie rod ends, probably about $4000-5000 worth of parts less than 2 years old and fewer than 5000 miles. The power steering and the AC still work great and are factory originals. It has over 175000 miles on it. The floor and rear quarter panels are rusted and there is rusting on the underneath, though other than a few nuts it looks to be all surface to me. The rust on the exterioir was treated and bondoed four years ago, whichich is why some of the truck is painted primer red. Need less to say the truck could use a fresh coat. The engine consumes a fair bit of oil and leaks a tad, the front seats are torn, and there is some leaking through the weather sealiing on the rear doors and under the dash. The springs and shocks need to be replaced as soon as possible, but thats actually the only thing right now keeping it from being a totaly functional daily driver. I have dealership receipts from alot of the recent work if you want to take a look at them. The same mechanic worked on this car for over the last decade and he does great work. But it comes as is, no warranty and no promises; Be aware, it is a 30 year old truck that has yet to be fully restored. So think before you click.
