Hello, this is a 1983 Mustang Convertible 5.0L GT 5 speed. First year for fox body convertible. As far as I know this car never left Texas and has no signs of any rust at all!! I have owned this car since 2005. Top was replaced right before I bought it. The top is in great shape, no tears rips or anything. I had it painted and new interior put in it. We dressed it up to have some of the original 1965 Mustang features. The custom shifter and the pony emblems really compliment this car. Factory cold AC!!! I added MSD ignition, long tube ceramic coated BBK headers, Flowmaster mufflers, True dual exhaust with X-pipe. Pony wheels with good tires. Custom made 11 ga. subframe connectors. Tinted windows. Fairly recent KYB struts, shocks, brakes. Factory power windows, power locks. My wife drove this car daily. Great looking, runs great, a real classic. I am selling this car locally as well so I reserve the right to end auction early. I encourage prospective buyers to view vehicle personally, you will not be dissappointed!!!! For a 29 year old car it is in great shape. It really gets the looks and thumbs up from other drivers. You just dont see these cars anymore in this good of condition. Remember high school and these were brand new??? That was thirty years ago!!!
