Listing this car for my brother. He bought it 30 years ago in Mounntain View, California, and moved to Fairfield, Iowa in 1999 Since '99, the car has been driven less than 500 miles. Before this week, the car hadn't been started in 3-4 years. Headlights, taillights, blinkers, tachometer, horn all work Starts up easily and idles. It idles high because one carb slide is open more than the other. No smoke from muffler. Clutch pedal went straight to the floor. So... you can't drive it home. You could take it to a local shop to have the clutch fixed, then drive it home. Body is really straight with just a few spots of rust, like one on the trunk lip. Chrome trim on front left, above the wheel, is smashed a little(see pic) I opened the passenger door and the trim caught, so it's a spot that needs attention too. I'm using the spare. One tire went flat and they probably all should be replaced. The interior is old, probably the original carpet. The back seats look original and it all needs to be replaced. The electric overdrive light comes on when you flip it. It worked when parked. Miles- unknown I surely have left things out, and I'll respond as soon as I can to any and all questions. The car is in Fairfield, Iowa, and can be picked up during the week, but not the weekends. We just hosed it off, so you'll see dirt and such. Thge reserve is quite low, so it'll sell. If it doesn't meet reserve, we'll lower it until it does, without actually giving it away.
