1974 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ-40!!! Here is a beautiful 1974 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ-40 that looks absolutely gorgeous and is 100% rust free!!! This is a beautiful truck that turns heads everywhere you go!! This iconic FJ is in excellent shape and looks beautiful with its gorgeous and factory correct Blue paint finished over a black interior, for me is the ultimate color combination. The car really looks great with its recent paint job and new interior. Lots of money has been poured into this classic FJ and it truly shows This is a solid rust free Arizona car with solid original floors and rear quarters. I love that the truck has not been overly modified and is still sporting its original engine and has not been swapped out with a Chevy V8. The dash on the car was left original and was not refinished to help preserve a little bit of the trucks history. This truck is a great driving FJ and can handle the freeway as well as the off road trails This car has had tons of money poured into it and it truly shows!! Click to enlarge Exterior: This Land Cruiser is finished in the beautiful factory blue paint finish with a contrasting White roof and grill The car was just painted within the last year. The truck was disassembled prior to painting, all of the glass came out, doors removed and taken apart, hood, hard top was completely disassembled. After, the truck was painted it was treated to all new hardware and weather stripping. There wont be any disappoints if you are concerned with rust. The truck looks absolutely beautiful. The cars exterior is set off by a great looking set of authentic factory wheels wrapped in Raised White Letter BFGs all terrain tires giving the car that great "period" appearance, good road manners and good light duty off road ability. This FJ-40 turns heads everywhere you go!!! Click to enlarge Interior: The Interior of this Land Cruiser perfectly compliments the exterior. The Black interior is all new and in fantastic shape. The front and rear seats are like new and in perfect shape. The entire truck was disassembled and interior removed in order to repaint the inside of the truck in a way that matches the exterior. One look at the floors and you can tell this is a solid Arizona truck. The dash was left in its original condition to help preserve a little bit of the trucks history and to give it a little bit of charm. All of the gauges on the truck are in great working order and the heater does work as well. The window regulators were also just replaced and the windows go up and down perfectly. Overall the interior is in EXCELLENT condition and looks spectacular in combination with the paint. Click to enlarge Engine: The Toyota Straight 6 fires right up and runs like a top. The Engine starts right up first time every time and the car runs very smooth. The engine doesnt skip a beat and the car is a very strong runner. The engine runs nice and cool in Arizonas sweltering heat. The 4-speed transmission on this FJ shifts nicely through all the gears. The brakes are very responsive and stop this truck with ease. The truck accelerates strongly through all of the gears and gets up to highway speeds without any issues. The 4wd is in good working order as well. All of the lights and signals and even the horn work on this truck . This truck has received all new weather stripping, hood catches, emblems, new windshield, all new gaskets for the windows, all new hardware and weather stripping for the hardtop, brand new tires etc... This is a great driving car and it is lots of fun to be seen in. Click to enlarge Clean rust free FJs are getting harder and harder to find these days and finding one in this color combination is extremely difficult. This is a nice solid rust free FJ that is very nice and looks fantastic in person. This car is in great shape cosmetically and mechanically. This is a well sorted FJ-40 and is ready to be driven and enjoyed. This car earns lots of thumbs up every where you go and is a pleasure to drive.
