Vehicle Detail
Owned since 1990 this fun to drive, good gas milage sports car. Was a daily driver and is a BLAST to drive! Like the front license says, lots of Pizzazz!!!!! Vehicle in need of focus with loving attention. Mechanically sound, but needs body work and paint to bring out it's full potential. A driver with a kick and many extras! She be dirty from sitting in my shop for some months, but the oil has been change and is ready to be driven where ever desired. Can be driven confidently to her new home (in the USA, that is). Professionally rebuilt engine (1800 cc heads with 2000 cc block)Rebuilt SU carburetors w/ IPD headersNewer exhaust systemK&N air filters and aluminum valve coverRebuilt distributor w/ electronic ignitionClutch and u-joints have been replaced4-speed transmission and electric overdrive working greatStock gear ratio is unknown but is also working great (no howling)Average of 30 MPGNewer tires w/ 8-spoke aluminum GB wheelsAlso comes with 4 new stud-less snow tire mounted on stock wheels w/ Volvo hubcaps and beauty ringsRefurbished brakes (front disc and rear drums)Newer gas shocks (front and rear)AM/FM Cassette stereoNewly carpeted front and rear75-amp alternatorNew Die Hard batteryOil cooler with heat exchangerElectric fan (pusher)Replaced windshield w/ new window, wing and door sealsSolid under carriage, suspension and frame10-gallon gas tank will take you 300-milesSpeedometer and clock not functioning, and actual vehicle mileage is unknown'70s grill insert and tail light lenses Like said, a solid driver with great heater and windshield wipers. Every time I have thought about selling "Pizzazz" I take her for a spin and can't do without. Moving to where I have no shop or garage. Also have too many vehicles and can use the money for my move. My desire to sell is your opportunity to own one of the great classic sports car. As you can see by other P-1800S sales listings, further investment is this classic would not become a financial loss. Worth $1,000s more then the opening bid cost of $5K. And, you will very much enjoy driving around in your investment.
