Vehicle Detail
Cool daily driver project, nice 95 mazda miata with a small block chevy. I got it from a guy on trade, have driven it for a while, kinda my mid life crisis car I guess, time to move on to another project. The car starts, runs and drives fine, I drive it too work almost every day. Small block chevy 305 with a T5 5 speed, the guy I got it from said it came out of a early 90's camaro. Motor is solid and runs well, no oil leaks, trans shifts good, it will need a clutch before long, it drives fine its just grinds a little going into reverse. The v8 install is nice, high dollar 4 row aluminum radiator with fan. Car will cruise 70 mph on parkway, but when you want too hit it, it gets on it, very quick. Like new black conv top. Body is good and is ready for paint. Its a project, all lights work, heat works, fuel guage works, all other factory guages dont work. It does have aftermarket oil, temp, volt, guages that do work. Needs power steering hooked up but drives fine without it, just steers a little stiff when turning tight. Good 17 inch wheels with like new tires. Car has coil over shocks all away around and they are adjustable. Lots of money already put into this project, some paint and interior work and you have a supercar... located in madisonville, Ky 42431 open to swaps, clear Ky title. more photos coming..... Hard top has been sold, so it will come with the original black soft top which is in very good shape.... Lowered the opening bid $500 a new project came along I want to buy to here you go.... Possible interesting Tra des ? The car does not have power steering, it steers pretty good without it but the power steering could be hooked up by adding a pump, all factory lines and resevoir are still in the engine bay. I have had some questions about driving it home after purchase. I drove it home about 75 miles when I bought it, no problems, was'nt overly comfy, but its a small car. Me personally, I would plan on hauling it home if your going to be over a couple of hours from 42431. Keep in mind this is a custom project car. This is a hot rod, not a car that your going to drive everyday. If your looking for that, buy a camry...
