The car has been rebuilt from top to bottom. The car runs great and sounds awesome. This car has had no expense spared and has only been to the drag strip one time with 6 runs on it so far and runs a consistent 8.2-8.3 second 1/8 mile (on street tires babying it through 1st and 2nd gear). Also the car has less than 600 miles on it since being completed. The car has no rust.On Aug-31-12 at 18:12:21 PDT, seller added the following information: The engine builder who built this engine is on vacation right now but thinks that the compression ratio is between 9:1 to 9.5:1 going off of memory. The conversion is all Granny's speed shop including motor mounts, trans mount, and the rear end housing. Also have all receipts for all the modifications done to it. On Sep-01-12 at 08:58:23 PDT, seller added the following information: The car is street legal all lights work on it such as blinkers, brake lights, and headlights. I have driven the car in traffic all the time and has never ran hot (the aluminum radiator really lets the heat escape). Once the car is warmed up it will sit there and idle all day long but yes it has a pretty large cam in it and it is not a smooth idle (sounds good).
