Husband bought the New Beetle as a "toy" back in 2007. Now we are relocating and need the garage space and the cash. Was kept in garage year round, never driven in snow, only once in rain. Driven only back and forth to work and around town in good weather several times per month. Very low mileage, essentially a new New Beetle convertible. Oil changed yearly by husband. Just had inspection within last month. No mechanical or cosmetic problems. Only service besides oil changes/regular maintenance were a sensor that needed to be replaced, which was done by dealer. A beautiful, fun car. Seats 4 people, so you can take the kids for a cruise. A great deal if you are looking for a convertible. Kelley Blue Book value for private sell $14,730 and this vehicle is above the "excellent" condition on Kelley. Details: Top retracts manually, not power retraction. No heated seats. Exterior is red with black top. Interior is black leatherette. Has many safety features including stability control, airbags all around and rollover protection. Also includes leather boot to protect top when top is retracted ($300-500 value). Title is clear. No warranty is included with this vehicle. Vehicle is sold "as is."
