Vehicle Detail

This is a GREAT collectible Fiero in superb condition! This Fiero has the following equipment and options: _ 2.8L V6 engine _ 4-speed manual transmission _ power windows _ power locks _ A/C _ factory AM/FM cassette radio _ cruise control _ tilt wheel This is one of the cleanest and nicest Fieros anywhere! The paint is in great condition and isn't faded or oxidized. The paint is ALL ORIGINAL except for one small section below the black "SE" panel and above the trim strip on the passenger side. That small area is dull and not glossy like the rest of the car. There are no significant dings, dents or scratches in the paint. The exterior looks EXCELLENT overall. This is a GARAGE-KEPT, babied car. The mileage is 79,343- ACTUAL miles. The interior is EXCELLENT. The seats are bright white and gray, CLEAN, and look almost like NEW. The carpet has no stains or wear. If you know Fiero’s, the dash corners are usually cracked and this dash is perfect. The only things wrong with the interior is that the stock radio doesn’t work. It just has static, so I think the antenna has become disconnected. Also, there is a small crack on the corner of the console plate that covers the radio and air vents. A replacement is available on eBay or at the Fiero Store. Also, the steering wheel leather is kind of bunched up at the top of the wheel. This car drives beautifully. There are NO known mechanical problems. It just came from the mechanic with a good checkup. It was idling high and they replaced the idle air controller. Both headlights flip up properly. I purchased this car in 2007 for $3500 and put more than $1500 into it. I have most of the receipts for work done and parts purchased. Right after purchasing it, I found that it had a bad exhaust leak because many of the bolts on the exhaust manifolds were broken (four out of six on one and two of six on the other). I couldn’t stand to leave it like that so I had to make it right. So I removed the exhaust manifolds and heads and had the heads resurfaced, the broken bolts removed and holes resleeved, and had a valve job done. Then reassembled with all new gaskets, plugs, wires, and distributor cap. I also installed a new full catback exhaust system and catalytic converter. Also, I replaced the tires, sail panels (the black triangle pieces behind the windows), replaced the headliner, and rebuilt the clutch slave cylinder. Since all of this work, I have put 12,000 miles on the car and haven’t had one bit of trouble with it in four years. It starts every time. I’m an avid Fiero collector and this car has been well cared for. It is my 5th Fiero since having one as my first car. I recently purchased the jewel for a Fiero collector, an 88 Formula with only 1800 miles. Unfortunately, I don’t have enough garage space to keep this one too. I’m starting the listing for $4000 and I will not take anything less for it. The car is available for viewing and test drives if you setup a time with me via email. I’m not trying to sell it locally, so the auction won’t end early. Thanks for looking!
