Vehicle Detail
I am selling my 1967 Pontiac Firebird. It does have a clear title. I got this car to restore and do not have the time. I purchased it several years ago with good intentions, but working full time and running a farm, I just don't have the time to put in to it. It does have some cancer, floor pans are the worse and the interior was rough when I got it, but you'lI see in the discription more info about all the extras you get. I don't know a lot about the car, but what I do know I will tell you. It was originally teal green, but the guy I got it from painted it red, just to help protect from rust. It has the original 326 motor in it and 2 speed automatic transmission. It has not been started in a couple of years, but should start with a new battery and maybe a lttle starter fluid. It has been sitting in my garage, not out in the weather. The front brakes need to be replaced. It has air shocks in the rear and they do work. After getting this car, I contacted a firebird historian on line and his response was this is one of the first cars that came of the line, I think he said the plant was in Lordsburg, OH. I got the car from Ohio and from what I know, it has spent it's whole life there until I brought it home, about an hours drive from me. After getting the car, I basically got all new metal, front and rear quarter panals, door panals, roof panal, rocker panels, interior stuff like seat covers, door skirts for front and rear, new carpet, seat covers, visors. There is also a new trunk and floor pan, another hood, new front and rear bumpers and a bunch of other stuff, like all new emblems that are correct for this 326 model. All of the new parts were purchased from Year One or Classic Bow Tie. All still in the boxed the way they were shipped in or in the original packaging. There is also a bunch of other parts that I got when I got the car. Wheel rims, front bumper, extra window glass, chrome trim and more. I also have the original owners manual and maintenance book for this car. It also has the credit card size metal card with all of the vehicle information on it. Everything goes with it. Buyer is responsible for transporting the car and all of the extra parts. Payment must clear my bank before I will release the car. I have it listed locally, so I reserve the right to end this auction at any time. Feel free to email me any questions and I will try to answer them as soon as I can.
