You are bidding on a 1949 Dodge DeSoto, blue, 4-door (suicide doors). The title number is 07770336106 GR. It has the original engine, automatic transmission (Fluid Drive). All front end metal parts have been stored inside the cab section for many years. It also comes with the rare butterfly hood which had been changed on most vehicles to the standard alligator hood by the end of 1948. As you can see from the pictures, the body is in excellent shape with straight lines and is very restorable. I am throwing in a parts car with it which also has a clean title numbered F06972484. There are many parts, as seen in the pictures, to be had. I emptied out the blue one to take interior pictures. The interior and trunk pictures of the parts car is filled with parts including bumpers, fenders, fender aprons, seat parts, headlight/tailight stuff, etc... The winner of the bid gets all of it. There are some rare items included as well. There is a rear interior fan which is in excellent shape with all blades intact (and an extra one in not as good shape). The dash is in very good shape with the instument clusters in excellent shape. Please be advised that the landscaping in the background has only been growing there for about two month which you can see from the time periods of the pictures taken. I moved these cars to my friend's father's farm due to lack of room issues. This is also the reason for the low price with no reserve. Its priced to move cause I have nowhere to store them.
