this wheeler was taken in trade for labor, it does run but the rewind spring broke and the rear brakes need to be adjusted .i did drive it for a month and it preforms well. the carb need a kit because float dont seat all the time. i do not have a cap for that tank but the tank doesn't leak. the tires in the picture did not come off the wheeler but is included.
