I have owned this car for about 3 yrs., unfortunately I know nothing of it's history prior to that. I have no reason to suspect any accidents or inaccuracies in the mileage. The car has some strengths and weaknesses and with all things considered, is priced well.Strengths: - runs and handles like an M3 should, very reliable daily driver, transmission shifts smoothly. - recently recovered front seats, look great. - low mileage, 137,000. - new headliner. - newer aftermarket exhaust with great sound w/o being too loud. - newer water pump. Weaknesses: - clearcoat has been buffed with what appears to be some kind of abrasive, there are small scratches everywhere, but not deep. - one rust area at trunk lip. - curb rash to varying degrees on all wheels. - back two tires are about 40-50% and show to be out of align, front tires are good, 70-80%. Hankook 225/45R17 - body has a few dings etc., mostly normal stuff for 17 yr. old car. Misc.: - only negative readout on computer is 'check coolant' , probably needs reset from water pump replacement, there are no coolant system issues. - cold A/C. - aftermarket CD player and new back speakers, nothing fancy just good , clean sound. - 6 way power seats working. - heated seats working. - sunroof working but motor is weak, needs manual assistance to fully close. - power windows working but motors are beginning to slow a bit. - carpets are good. - trunk bay is clean with spare and jack parts. - brakes are good. - 16 mo. old Interstate battery. Basically this is a decent car that just needs a little help and some TLC, mostly cosmetic; or just drive it 'as is' and have some fun with M3 power and handling.
